By accessing and using the services offered by Spoty-Go.com, the user fully accepts the terms and conditions described here.
🎧 Usage Requirements
- The user must be at least 18 years old to make purchases or access our services.
- The service is intended for artists, producers, record labels, or authorized representatives who wish to promote musical content on Spotify.
📌 Nature of the Service
Spoty-Go offers a personalized digital service that promotes music tracks by placing them in real playlists that are regularly updated and based on organic visibility. Our goal is to help emerging artists gain real exposure based on a genuine audience.
However, we cannot guarantee a specific number of streams, followers, or saves, as the performance of a track depends on external factors such as musical genre, production quality, and audience response.
Our playlists are promoted using the best available tools in an organic way, but we cannot control possible changes to Spotify’s algorithm, policy updates, or limitations imposed by the platform itself.
Spoty-Go is not officially affiliated with Spotify and assumes no responsibility for consequences resulting from actions taken by Spotify (such as removals, penalties, or restrictions), which remain under the full responsibility of the artist.
Choice of number of playlists: the user is responsible for choosing the number of playlists in which to include the track. Even if the streams generated are real (organic and/or promoted through campaigns on platforms recognized by Spotify), Spotify’s algorithm may interpret growth that is too rapid as unnatural if the track starts from a low stream count. As a guideline, we recommend 1 playlist if the track has up to 2,000 streams, 2 playlists from 2,000 to 5,000 streams, and up to 3 playlists above 5,000 streams, also taking into account how recent the streams are and consistency with the average monthly listeners on the profile. The Spoty-Go service is designed as a complement to an already existing streaming activity: since advertising campaigns generate streams from users who often do not know the artist and tend to listen to the track only once, such patterns may appear anomalous to Spotify’s automatic algorithm if they represent the only source of streams for the track.
Promotion through external campaigns: the services offered by Spoty-Go may involve the use of advertising campaigns managed through external marketing platforms specialized in music promotion. Spoty-Go selects and uses only providers that have proven reliable over time and that are also used for internal music projects. However, since these services are managed by third parties, Spoty-Go does not have direct control over the technical methods by which these platforms distribute promotional traffic. Even if streams come from real users and from promotional traffic generated by campaigns on official advertising platforms, in some cases these activities may be interpreted by streaming platform algorithms as non-natural activity, especially (but not only) if the user selects a high number of playlists for tracks with few initial streams. By requesting any of the promotional services offered by Spoty-Go, the user declares that they are aware of these dynamics and accepts that Spoty-Go cannot be held responsible for any decisions, limitations, or actions taken by Spotify or other music platforms. Spoty-Go provides exclusively a promotional service and does not guarantee or control the way in which music platforms interpret or manage the traffic generated by campaigns. Any consequences resulting from algorithm changes, anti-fraud detection systems, or platform policies remain outside the control of Spoty-Go.
🔁 Variation of Promoted Content
For strategic and continuous optimization reasons, Spoty-Go reserves the right to move tracks between different playlists during the promotion period, while maintaining the objective of maximizing organic exposure. Playlists are dynamic and manually curated by our editorial team.
🗓️ Subscription Renewal and Cancellation
All plans identified as subscriptions, including those associated with promotions and coupon codes, automatically renew at the end of the corresponding period (for example every 30 days for monthly plans), unless canceled by the user.
It is possible to disable automatic renewal at any time directly from the “My Account” page – section “Subscriptions”.
💳 Use of Coupon Codes
Unless otherwise specified, coupon codes and promotions apply only to the first payment. For example, in the case of a 30% discount on a monthly subscription, the discount applies to the first month, while subsequent renewals will occur at the normal price.
Any different conditions will be clearly specified at the time of the offer or in the promotion description.
Responsibility for Provided Content
When a user provides links to music tracks, either during the free trial or during a paid order, they declare that they are the rights holder of the provided musical content or that they have received explicit authorization from the rights holder to use and promote the track in our playlists. The user who completes a form or places an order by submitting track links assumes full civil and criminal responsibility for any unauthorized use of the provided content.
Refund Policy
✅ When a Refund Can Be Requested
You may request a refund in the following cases:

Unresolved technical error: If for any technical reason the track is not placed in any playlist within 7 days of purchase.

Duplicate or incorrect payment: If you accidentally made a duplicate payment, we may proceed with a refund or provide a coupon of equal value. If you purchased the wrong plan, we may replace it with the correct plan and subsequently refund the first one. In both cases the communication must be made within 48 hours of the order; refunds will not be issued if the track has already been placed in playlists.
❌ When Refunds Are Not Provided
- Your track has already been placed in one or more playlists.
- The streams received are lower than expected. Since these are organic streams, we cannot guarantee their number.
- You requested the refund after the allowed period.
📩 How to Request a Refund

Our team will evaluate the request and respond within 2 business days.
Exception for the “Monthly Listeners to Artist Profile” Service
A refund can be requested only if the customer has not yet received the service activation confirmation email.
Once the email confirming the start of the promotion has been received, the refund is no longer possible.
The reason is that the “Monthly Listeners to Artist Profile” service requires custom manual work, which begins well before the confirmation email is sent: our team works on graphics, creation, and optimization of advertising campaigns for your profile.
Once preparation has started, operational resources and time are invested that cannot be recovered.
For this reason, if the work has already begun, no refund will be provided.
